Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not working as expected:

We may request photos or videos of the fault.

If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Return Process:

Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item.

Wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Use original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

At Australian Agricultural Drones, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on agricultural drones, spray drones, surveying drones, and enterprise drone equipment across Australia. If you find an identical product or package advertised by another Australian business at a lower price, we will endeavour to beat the verified competitor price by 5% (subject to the terms and conditions below).

How Our Price Beat Guarantee Works

To request a Price Beat Guarantee, you must provide a current written quote, invoice, or advertised offer from an eligible Australian competitor. The competing offer must meet all of the following requirements:

The competitor must be an Australian registered business.
The quote or invoice must be issued on official business documentation or include sufficient details to verify the offer.
Pricing must be displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any applicable shipping, freight, delivery, or compulsory fees must be included when comparing prices.
The offer must include a valid quote, invoice, or reference number where applicable.
The competitor product must be new, genuine, and currently available for purchase.
The competing product or package must be identical to the product or package advertised by Australian Agricultural Drones, including the same model, specifications, accessories, inclusions, warranty coverage, and support services.

Exclusions and Conditions

Our Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

Used, second-hand, refurbished, overhauled, repaired, ex-demo, clearance, or liquidation stock.
Products that are discontinued, superseded, unavailable, or no longer actively supported, including (but not limited to) discontinued DJI Agras, Enterprise, XAG, or EAVision models and accessories.
Products that are advertised incorrectly, subject to pricing errors, limited-time promotions, member-only pricing, bundle discounts, rebates, government incentives, or special conditions not available to the general public.
Offers from overseas suppliers, grey-market sellers, private sellers, marketplaces, or businesses that are not authorised Australian resellers.
Products that are out of stock, unavailable, on backorder, or unable to be supplied within a reasonable timeframe.

Additional Services and Support

Price comparisons apply only to the product and included package being compared. Additional services provided by Australian Agricultural Drones, including in-person setup assistance, training, demonstrations, and delivery support, are not included in the price comparison unless they are specifically included in the competing offer.

Verification and Approval

Australian Agricultural Drones reserves the right to verify competitor pricing, availability, product specifications, and inclusions before approving a Price Beat Guarantee request.

We reserve the right to offer a price match instead of a 5% price beat, or decline a Price Beat Guarantee request where the offer does not meet these conditions, where the competitor pricing cannot be reasonably verified, where the comparison is not like-for-like, or where fulfilling the request would result in an unreasonable commercial loss.

All Price Beat Guarantee requests are assessed individually and must be approved by Australian Agricultural Drones prior to purchase.

This Price Beat Guarantee is offered voluntarily and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All prices are shown in AUD. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout. This website supplies goods to business customers only. We accept, cash, card, paypal and bank transfer.

Full payment must be received and confirmed before we dispatch any products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues or stock availability. You may not receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
